They arrived on time and proceeded to inspect/clean the chimney as requested. I was apprised of all problems with the chimney which were verbally as well as visually presented to me. They were very professional, completed the job and showed me photos of before and after where water had been getting in at the top of the chimney. They will be returning in the spring to replace some bricks, I would highly recommend them and feel very comfortable in using them again. Owner is a gentleman!

I can't begin to say what a wonderful company this is. I called and sent pictures and explained what our problem was and Nate got back to me right away. He was nice, explained the options but said he would have to see first. When he arrived, he explained what the best and least expensive option would be. Other companies tried to convince us to replace almost everything for thousands. Not only did Nate beat the prices of everyone, he was everything you hope for in a contractor. He came when he said, he charged what he quoted and even sealed something for us no charge. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him. If he is busy and you have to wait a week or two and can...go with them. It's worth it!!!

Nate and his team are always professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I used a different company the first time I needed my stove cleaned and that decision resulted in a chimney fire. I called Smith's in a panic and he was out the next day to inspect, clean and ease my mind about using our stove. Now, since we use our stove as our main heat source, I wouldn’t trust anyone but Nate.
